| | | Powder coated steel frame and aluminum battery compartment.
Recently replaced the LEDs on each unit with 4 - 150 watt Vision X Pitt Master
LEDs generating a total of 60,000 lumens at 60 degree beam spread.
The LED contactors on some of the units have
been replaced with solid state relays to eliminate any ignition source for use
in methane rich environments on drilling pads. Each unit has solid state
automatic dusk to dawn, day/week timer, or manual lights control.
Each unit has 16 - 6 volt 240 amp hours
batteries giving 24 hours of continuous light without re-charging, wired for
running the LEDs on 24vdc. Manual winches for raising and extending the mast to
approximately 30 ft. The mast is rotatable and the four LEDs are aim-able
through a 360 degrees horizontal arc or 60 degree vertical arc.
Each unit has 1200 watts of (surprisingly easy to
deploy with a well-designed leveraging system) solar panels for controlled
automatic battery charging and an 120vac powered automatic 24vdc battery
charger. The ac battery charger doubles as a sign wave inverter giving
auxiliary 120vac/20 amps local shore power from a unit mounted receptacle.
All units have the necessary lighting, emergency
break away electric brakes, 2- 5/16" ball coupler for trailering.
Each unit is around 2500 lbs,
