Front Winch. After jump starting both engines started and ran. The drivetrain engaged in forward and reverse. The hydraulic system was operational with leaks. The steering was operational. The front engine requires starting fluid to start. The PTO power source for the front winch is not in place. Some hydraulic functions are inoperable. The throttle control for the carrier engine sticks. The foot clamp is incomplete and the push rods to raise the crown are missing. The rear control box with serial #1073 all controls are inoperable. The console raise controls and coring controls are inoperable. The lower knobs at bottom of the panel for hold back & retract are inoperable. The gauges hard to read. The drill motor at left the side rear of machine will not turn. There are two hour meters on the unit. Seller comments: Drill rig is Gus Pech GP1000 Top Head Drill.
